• job content:

  1. According to the requirements of the product manager, independently complete the design work of product hardware design, SCH, PCB, Derating, DFM, principle analysis, etc;

  2. Complete product production data sorting and archiving work, including component selection, BOM, etc;

  3. Cooperate with software and testing departments to complete product joint commissioning;

  4. Participate in hardware review within the department;

  5. Pay attention to the development of the component industry, cooperate with supply chain, procurement and other departments to select and verify new components;

  6. Participate in product certification (CCC, CE, CB, UL, etc.);

  7. Cooperate with the production department to complete the trial production and mass production of products.

  8. Obey the company's confidentiality agreement.

  Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor degree or above, major in power electronics, electrical engineering, industrial automation, communication, etc; More than 2 years of research and development experience in hardware products such as frequency conversion, inverter, servo drive, and servo motor,

  2. Proficient in using AD, Candence and other circuit design software to complete schematic and PCB design work, and mastering PSpice, MATLAB, Saber and other simulation tools is preferred;

  3. Familiar with power conversion circuits, inverter topology, power IGBT and MOSFET drive and protection circuits is preferred, and experience in motor drive industry is preferred;

  4. Have a solid foundation in electronic circuits, be familiar with hybrid design of analog and digital circuits, and have relevant problem solving experience.

  5. Have a certain understanding of product environmental testing, EMC, safety and regulatory testing;

  6. Master various hardware testing principles and methods, and be proficient in using testing equipment such as oscilloscopes, signal generators, and power meters;

  7. Good language and communication skills, solid logical thinking, good at communication and communication, careful and modest.
